Dr Bain was raised on a farm on the South Coast and travelled extensively before moving to Fremantle to study postgraduate Medicine at Notre Dame University. After graduating in 2016 she has worked in most of the tertiary hospitals in Perth but now calls Mandurah home. She has a strong background in Emergency Medicine and now, thanks to her small four children, a keen interest in child health too.

Her interests include gardening, hiking and medicine, whist her challenges include trying to combine those with a busy husband and four kids under 6.
