Iron infusions are available at Murray Medical Centre for patients where they are clinically appropriate. Please speak with your doctor to determine whether this treatment is suitable for your individual circumstances.

If you have been referred from another practice, an initial consultation with a GP at MMC is required before an iron infusion can be arranged. During this appointment, your doctor will review your medical history, assess your iron deficiency, ensure that appropriate investigations have been completed where indicated, discuss available treatment options, and determine whether an iron infusion is suitable for you, including the appropriate dose if required.

Iron infusions are administered at our medical centre under the supervision of your GP.
