Ear irrigation
Ear irrigation is available at Murray Medical Centre for the removal of earwax where clinically appropriate. Before the procedure, a doctor or nurse will assess your ear to determine whether ear irrigation is a suitable treatment.
If required, your doctor can also assess other possible causes of ear symptoms and discuss the most appropriate management based on your individual circumstances.

Telehealth
Telehealth appointments are available at Murray Medical Centre for some consultations, where clinically appropriate. These appointments allow patients to speak with their doctor by phone or video using an internet-connected mobile phone, tablet, or computer.
Some health concerns may require a face-to-face appointment, and your doctor or our reception team can advise which appointment type is suitable when booking.
Venesection
Venesection services are available at Murray Medical Centre for patients where clinically appropriate, including for some patients with haemochromatosis or polycythaemia.
