Dr Dos Santos grew up in Zimbabwe before immigrating to Perth in 2001. He completed his undergraduate degree at UWA and medical degree at Notre Dame in Fremantle. He has since worked in the South Metro Health Service at Fiona Stanley, Fremantle and Rockingham Hospitals.
